Goya’s new Corporate Headquarters features a 42,000-square-foot three story office space, and a 600,000-square-foot Northeastern Warehouse for distribution located in Jersey City.
Included in the building a 50,000sqft Freezer/Cooler for product storage. A new Utility Distribution System and backup generators to maintain the facility in times of power disruptions.
Constructed to provide a net zero carbon foot print, the Jersey City facility will be 100% powered by a solar powered energy system using 12,000 panels on 11 acres of rooftop. The system will fulfill the entire facility’s electrical needs without drawing any energy from the utility.

Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital’s 9-story precast concrete parking garage and office tower is a 350,000 SF structure which includes 2 penthouse office floors and was designed to accommodate 5 additional levels of future vertical expansion. It includes a new doctor’s lounge and a sky bridge link between the East Tower and existing hospital and also installation of two Generators and a 26kv Main Utility Distribution System for the East Tower and the existing hospital complex. Upon completion, the East Tower will provide parking for up to 700 cars, and 60,000 SF of office space.

Peter W. Rodino Jr. Federal Building
Design/build construction services for the modernization of the Peter W. Rodino Federal Building. The project involves an extensive scope of structural, operational and aesthetic restoration, enhancement and upgrade work on the downtown structure and home to regional offices of several US government agencies.
The 16-story, 467,000sf precast concrete building was constructed in 1968. The four year improvement program incorporates:
HCCC-Jersey City, Montessori Schools-Hoboken, NJCU-Jersey City,
New Jersey Institute of Technology
A construction of five three-story duplexes for Greek housing and a six-story Honors College building for dorms, retail and office space, a fitness center and a dining facility. The buildings, which would provide space for up to 600 students on a wedge-shaped piece of property, would replace a 2-acre surface parking lot on the southern end of the campus, at Warren Street and Raymond Boulevard..

Mixed Use Residential, 14 story tower, 224 apartment units, retail space, fitness center, bank, 4 story computerized parking garage, amenities area, private school and game room. The roof consists of Living Roof System for green building requirements. The building has the following electrical systems: 4000A 120/208V underground electrical service, 2000A 480/277V underground electrical service, power distribution via bussduct risers, meter banks in electrical closets, emergency generator, LED Lighting, Occupancy Sensors, fire alarm, tele/data wiring for data-cable TV-Fios. Project was completed in June 2015.
